"Best Dunkin’s in the entire Seacoast area, possibly the whole of New England. They don’t always carry everything, but their customer service is THE BEST. Just to tell you how great they are- the other day I went to the Dunkin’s in Hampton and asked for three kinds of munchkins, 12 in total. They gave me nine though I’d paid for 12. When I told them, they reluctantly added three more, all plain. At the north Hampton location, they were out of some and forgot to tell me. When I told them we didn’t eat pumpkin, they gave me a whole new box and told me to keep the old one. No questions asked, smiles on their faces. This kind of service is why I ALWAYS drive the extra few miles to get to this Dunkin’s instead of any of the others."

"The people where nice but tried to over charge for the simlest wrap and mess up the size of my xl mohca with a medium, was just having a foggy hangover Sunday morning from the long week and was wicked humble and apologetic of course. So if it Sunday and not in rush then it's a great vibe!"

"I think she was the manager. Very rude older woman with dark hair and glasses. Using profanity the entire time. Saying she is tired of this f-ing place, she needs to get the f@ck out of there. A younger lady was telling me they were out of something I had ordered at the kiosk, this rude woman cut her off and said “ you need to pick something else now”. I asked her why she was cutting the other employee off and she walked away saying ‘“ these f-ing people “. I get that it’s hard to find employees right now, but she needs to go. It was clear to see that her negativity and language was making the entire staff uncomfortable and embarrassed."
