"I still wish stores, including Kappy's would go back to pre-COVIED hours, but the people who work there are nice and they have a good selection so I'm bumping up the stars I last gave them! I have no issue with the service, selection and prices, but they never went back to regular hours after the lockdown and that’s lousy. I’ve shopped there for years and Kappy’s hours were week nights till 10:00… Thu-Sat till 11:00 and Sunday til 7:00. Maybe these aren’t the busiest times although I’ve seen it busy after 9:00 months the weekends but what about your customers convenience? It seems it doesn’t matter anymore and Kappy’s isn’t the only one to do this. Customer service doesn’t mean anything anymore… since the quarantine these stores act as if WE are lucky they are there at all! Shame on all of you!"

"Good selection of alcohol here would highly recommend it to anyone that lives in the area. It's one of the biggest liquor stores in Boston. Please prove me wrong."

"I have been a loyal customer to Kappys for as long as I can remember and I had a not so great experience when I went there this past week. I was there on Thursday, 8/3 and I asked one of the employees that was stocking if he could assist me with finding something I was looking for. He did not even look at my phone for reference, and told me automatically they did not have it in stock. I asked him again, and he said “nope” - and was very short with me. I proceeded to ask someone else in the front who kindly assisted me with finding the product. I feel that if a customer ask for assistance and they don’t have the knowledge of where a product is the should go to someone that knows, which he didn’t do. I will no longer be a Kappy’s customer and I will pass this on to my family and friends."

"The selection is just incredible at Kappys. It really is a Boston staple of a business. They also price matched, and beat total wine's price. The customer service is above and beyond- offering to transfer products to a location closer to my house."
