"These guys won't even honor their own agreements. I'm an individual who does my own house work. I came here for siding, and they said they aren't supposed to deal to individuals, but they would make an exception. We had an agreement that I could return any unused siding beyond the 30 day return period, because they recommended TWICE the material I was going to buy. Of course, I used only half as I had calculated, and tried to send it back to them, only to be told they wouldn't honor a return outside of 30 days, and they didn't care about our previous agreement. On top of that, they were incredibly rude about it. There are plenty of options, go somewhere that doesn't make things harder than they need to be."
