"We are frequent aroma visitors but the service can be questionable. The windows are typically staffed by teenagers. I've waited while the server has had a lengthy conversation with her friend in the car ahead of me. Most recently I ordered two drinks and was never given straws (I thought they were in the food bag but they weren't!) The food is so much better than Dunkin. The coffee is good too. They have a great variety of drinks. Be prepared for long waits and lines, the service is not that efficient."
