"UPDATE: After having this bad experience they sent me a $6 gift card. ☠️ I would put zero stars if I could. Their staff is extremely rude for no reason automatically as you walk it. They take forever since all they do is talk to each other even when it’s slow. Replace the staff 0/10 but smoothies are great."
"I've been here 2 times. Honestly I never write review but my God who put these kids in charge of this place! It's embarrassing!! I walk in with my daughter and four or five of them ignoring us starring at their phones cross talking and finally one kid takes initiative to not ask us but stare at us like we had leporcy!! I truly felt unwanted and as if we were a burden of being there. I can't exaggerate how BAD THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN FOR POST COVID TIMES. I will admit the food is good only because of the franchise recipes NOT BECAUSE ANYTHING THESE EMPLOYEES DID."
"I been to other tropical smoothies and this one is probably the best one so far. The people are nice, it is very clean and the flavored of the smoothies dont tast bland! Here's a few smoothies I really like Sunrise sunset Bahama mama And the mango monsoon! (No particular order)"
"Very easy online ordering, great app. Walk in and everything is ready and waiting for you. Smoothies are always great and so is the food! Can't go wrong if you want something good and quick!"
"For starters one of the works rolled the stop sign and almost hit me pulling in. Second I could barely read the sign and felt rushed as the lady seemed annoyed I was there. Third I waited at least 8 minutes for my flatbread and smoothie when there was 3 workers outside just talking. I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ Island Flat and the chicken was cold and on top of that the cheese wasn’t all the way melted not to mention it was also thrown into the box. My smoothie also didn’t have much flavor to it. The best part of my meal was the baked lays chips honestly. So many issues here, on top of that all they were all yelling inside. Very disappointed."
