"This place is highway robbery disguised as a business. The prices are frankly insane. They charged me 20 dollars for two cans of beer--which would have cost 6 dollars online, at most 8 dollars at any other nearby store. What's worse, the store doesn't tell you about these outrageous prices. There are rarely price tags listed underneath or nearby the products, so you only know the price of things when you go to pay at the register. While I was there, the cashier even asked if they could keep the change after they had up charged me. I am severely disappointed in this place. I have been going here for the last couple of years, begrudgingly putting up with their bad prices. Enough is enough, and I will not be returning here. Listen to the other reviews about the prices, they are not kidding about the prices. Save your money, go to another store."

"This liquor store is pathetic. Old, unrotated selection of liquor and beer. Hard to even call it a selection, more like if you’re in a pinch, then you can settle for a $13 6 pack of bud light. Every time I go to this store (which is for pure convenience in my area) I bring a passport with me because their ID system doesn’t accept my REAL ID. Today, after my ID was not accepted, i showed my passport and was denied without inspection of it. If you’re going to be a college liquor store, maybe have a backup verification system put in place. I specifically brought my passport WITH me, because I knew the specific employee had issues with my license. Figure it out!!!! Will not return."

"Charged me $32.99 for a Svedka 1.75L bottle!!! The same bottle is available for $22.99 at 2 other liquor stores which I personally checked later after my friend told me I had been ripped off! Way too expensive and a limited selection. Was my first time buying liquor in Providence and this place was closest which is the only reason I went there in the first place. Given the convenient location, I can understand a small mark-up in the price maybe 10-15% but 40+% hike is just ridiculous and cruel!"
