"Terrible customer service. The store opened a few minutes past 11am…the cashier was yawning and uninterested in general..I think she was still picking eye boogers..and again yawning. If the store is going to open at 11 on a Thursday…you’d think the employees would be awake. Just sad…"

"Not a lot of JCPenney's around in Maine anymore, but if you're in the area and looking for some clothing, they may just have what you need. They still have their nice sales that they always have. The store is immaculate! All the clothes are neat and tidy and easy to browse. It's a nice change of pace vs those stores where all the t-shirts end up in a jumbled mess and you spend an hour searching only to find they don't have your size... It's really nice to be able to check them all out quickly and easily. The staff is also very friendly. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the market for clothing."
"What can I say but, wow. Had we known about the savings we'd be receiving, we would have bought easily twice as much. We spent under $70 and had a total savings over $150! We already had some great deals, and then at the regrester, we were given an additional 50% off of our entire purchase!! Will definitely be back!"
