"I was expecting a wait due to the power outages. But while waiting in the lobby. I heard a young woman of color yell out Large Black coffee. Her co worker politely asked her to not say it so loud. She responded, well you know I’m a “race” baiter…I, along with the 2 other women standing beside me were saddened to hear that. I hope someone can coach this young lady on how to act when serving the public."

"They were short staffed and did not make that clear. Lobby was locked and closed with a “wet paint” sign. Wouldn’t answer the phone when called. Worst Dunkin experience ever. If they are short staffed the app for mobile orders should be turned off and there should be a sign."

"Nobody was in the parking lot. Nobody was in the drive-through. They told me to hold. I sat in the drive-through for five minutes, waiting to place my order then they take my order I get to the window. All the girls are over by the tables not even in the area where they make the food and make the drinks. One of the girls was braiding another girls hair Are you kidding me you put me on hold to braid your hair if so, literally sat there waiting for them to make my drink 10 minutes later two of the girls leave again and the girl that is at the window had to make my drink. Wow I think they need new workers or somebody that wants to work. to top that all off my drink wasn’t even made right"

"Ordered a 25 count munchkin, paid for it, then after the guy gave us the munchkins did they tell me they only had glazed and jelly filled. We only got 16, and we paid for a 25 count. We should have been told before hand, and not paid for a 25 count!"

"99% of the time, everything is right. And when it's right, great. I always get the midnight blend where they usually have to make a fresh pot. They do so every time, and I appreciate it. Drive-thru is always a toss-up, so you may have to roll the dice on whether to play bumper tag with the car in front and behind or do a walk-in."
