"I love this store but I purchased a toy for the first time yesterday and that was broken right out of the box no good vibes. Called the phone number about replacements and all they can do is tell me to email the support team like why even have a number to call if all they know how to do is read the directions to you on how to put batteries in and then tell u to email someone else. The store and they’re employees deserve 5 stars but the customer service is ehhh"
