"Came in at 7:15 PM on a Sunday night to pick up a prepaid third party delivery that was ordered half an hour before when I was 10 miles away. For a disabled customer and her son. Just as I was pulling in they were locking the doors even though there was a lobby full of customers inside ordering. I stood outside trying to wave somebody’s attention for over 10 minutes why they pretended not to see me. Finally some exasperated kid comes to the door and tries to tell me they’re closed. They then started turning off the outside lights. There was cars in the drive-through wrapped around the building. I walked to the other side of the building to the drive-through and tried to tell somebody over there I was here to pick up a delivery order third-party that has been ordered over 25 minutes before. They were rudely telling me I had to get in line in the drive-through. I told them I don’t have time to sit and drive-through lines for an order that should’ve been ready to go while they make everybody else is food in front of me in the drive-through. I mean I’ve spent up to 40 minutes in drive-through lines trying to pick up peoples orders and I won’t do that anymore. If I arrive and can’t get the order I cancel and report order not ready. Spent 10 minutes in the parking lot communicating with the customer to let them know what was going on. Another 15 minutes with my companies support getting the order canceled so I can get a meager three dollars for my time and effort. Just as I was leaving some teenage employee came out with a mobile order for somebody in the parking lot. I tried to ask her what was up with the doors being locked because it was only 7:15 and I was trying to pick up a prepaid order. Just then an older manager came out to see why I was talking to the girl and immediately had an attitude with me. I wasn’t yelling or being rude but I was rightfully annoyed . I was trying to tell her my situation, and that I don’t have time to wait in drive-through’s for up to 35 minutes multiple times every day. She didn’t want to hear a word I had to say. Wouldn’t let me talk. She was so irate. She then proceeds to tell me, or talk over me, that I’d been out in parking lot a half hour and if I’d gotten in drive thru I could have gotten food because there’s no line! Well, there was a line when I arrived and I’d been out there a half hour contacting the customer and then support to cancel the order on my end (Two weeks ago I showed up at 8pm to pick up another order and store was closed and completely locked up. Nobody there) I realized I was wasting my breath and gave up and walked away. She then slammed the door with brute force on me and uttered a double worded F bomb profanity toward me that I could still hear through the glass door about how I was an “effing a hole” after driving ten miles to pick up a prepaid delivery that should have been ready to go. It’s one thing to wait in long drive-through lines if you want to order. But what about if you’re just picking up an order a customer already ordered and paid for half hour ag? I’m not going sit there in the drivethru line wrapped around building while the food gets cold and everybody in front of me gets their food first even though they just arrived! Reading the reviews I see I’m not the only one whose had issues. I miss the days when fast food was actually fast and you could walk inside without arriving to find lock doors."
"They were out of Big Macs which is a red flag by itself because what McDonald’s is out of Big Macs???? Also I ordered a couple burgers a shake and some fries and they some how managed to mess up my entire order including the size of my fries and every single burger I ordered were completely wrong. Will probably still go back, but not willingly…"
"I get it’s Christmas Eve but when we’re paying 25$ for two meals and waiting 20 minutes for our food and for it to come out completely cold, soggy, and dry is not cool. I would’ve thought that being busy it would mean fresh food cause it’s constantly being made but nope. On top of that the service sucked. They gave me my soda with a crack in the cup completely spilling all over my husband and I when it was being handed to us. I was not impressed and the windham McDonald’s is usually good to us."
"The people were really nice and everyone was friendly. The problem is the iced coffee. There is too much cream in the coffee. It's completely undrinkable. We're not talking about a little bit of extra cream. We're talking about a glass of cream with a kiss of tan. It's disgusting. Please teach your people how to prepare the iced coffees and how to operate the cream machine."
"Ordered curbside, didn’t have the option to put a curbside number, rotten lettuce on a mcchicken and when I informed the worker it didn’t let me have the option to put a curbside number he told me they didn’t know I was there cause I didn’t enter a curbside number.. kinda hard to when not even given the option"
