"Employees have absolutely no phone etiquette. Called to see if they had power because of the outage and was told "I wouldn't have answered if we didnt" incredibly rude and disrespectful. Never again. Management needs to do a lil customer service training because that was beyond rude."

"The Food was good, Bathrooms clean. Service is usually quite slow in Bridgton. It’s a Smaller Restaurant as well… so not much choice or quality for seating."

"Went in late for some food and about 5 or 6 people hanging out doing nothing. It took like 20 minutes to make a few burgers and fries, really? This is supposed to be fast food. That's a lot of wasted pay for people who don't want to do their job efficiently."

"Food is never right. They always have something not working or avail, never sauce in the bag and custom orders are never custom. They will purposely make u wait extra long and have nothing to say when you call and remind them you've been waiting 10 mins. They usually don't participate in promos and for being in nasty Oxford hills they have the most expensive McDonald's menu I have seen. They have a answer for everything though and it's always a "no!". If they can find a way to upcharge you they will!!!!!!!!! Double check everything if u dare to deal with this disaster of a place."

"There was Flies all over the place and they messaged up someone's order 4 times. We had to stand in line thinking our order was being processed because we had to use a machine. We pressed pay at counter and waited 20 mins and they finally came and when we got our food we were missing a medium fry, coke and sweet and sour souse.i definitely don't recommend this place.."
