"This place is so insanely slow. Every single time I come unless I am the first car i sit and wait for a minimum of 10 minutes with just one car in front of me I just waited behind ONE person for 15 minutes today, they literally ordered 2 drinks and that's it. I ordered an iced tea and it took 5 minutes, tea that they already have cold and just have to pour over ice..3 stars because the girls who work here are super nice."
"This location is 50/50 sometimes you will get girls here that are very nice and give you the full amount of your $7 drink. And then you will get the girls who are decently nice but can’t give you the full amount of your drink because there’s too much foam in it…. It’s a little frustrating when a quarter of my drink doesn’t even exist before I even drink any of it."

"I love the food and the friendly staff working here. However, it routinely takes 10-15 minutes in the morning to order and receive food. I have had more than one experience where, after staying in a line that was not moving for ten minutes, I had to pull out and leave. Please hire more staff in the morning. This morning I arrived at 7:20 and did not receive my order until 7:38. I would rather go here than Dunkin but the wait times are unacceptable."
