"I try to avoid this Starbucks because the wait time is typically over an hour, even if you do a mobile order and it tells you ready in so many minutes. The one time I see no line, I put my mobile order in, as it easier because it's saved, getting the drive thru and am rudely told next time I need to wait at least 5 minutes before pickup. Seems like there's no winning with the service here."

"Placed online order at 10:35am said it would be ready at 10:50am. Went in a little after 10:50 heard they were behind and my husband and kids were in the car. We decided to go over to Home Depot. Went back at 11:35am and it still wasn’t done. Continue to wait. At 11:51am I was informed they were out of pumpkin so I waited over an hour to get a hot chocolate for my son that way he wouldn’t want our drink which we didn’t even get."

"If I could give no stars I would. We went inside to order because mobile order was 25 minutes wait. Inside we ordered with no idea our two coffees would take >30 minutes. Once we ordered we noticed there were no napkins and heard them talking about not having grande cups. Then we heard the cashier tell people ordering it was going to take over 30 minutes for drinks. Meanwhile, I use the restroom which literally had fecal matter covered TP behind the toilet, trash on the floor, no soap in the dispenser. We finally get our drinks and we’re so frustrated with waiting over a half hour that we left. Both were made wrong and both were disgusting. The cashier was nice but the people making drinks were clearly not paying attention. This place is a dump, I would never recommend anyone go here."

"This store is severely understaffed right now. They're so short-handed that they have reduced their hours, and when they are open, they are completely overwhelmed. I placed a mobile order at 9:28, did actually get my breakfast, but after waiting another half hour, I left without my drink. I've worked in many different settings, including coffee shops, and while I understand being understaffed, the efficiency and teamwork of the workers behind the counter it's definitely lacking. I don't want Waterville to lose this store - we all know Starbucks is superior to Dunks!"

"Quick and friendly service on a Friday afternoon. Super close to I-95 and right off exit 130. There is a drive-thru at this location that seemed busier than it was inside. The bathrooms were clean and at least one has a changing table."
