"seriously lacking in service and food. there are better options around, even the resort bar would be worth the $$. my experience as a 28 y/o Asian woman: ordered a drink after skiing and got carded, which was fine! I realized I didn’t have my ID with me so I just ordered a soda (my bad!). however, the issue was the bartender explained that it’s policy to card everyone (totally get it, it’s the law etc.) yet did not card anyone that came in after us, all presumably around our age. there was a group of young guys who sat down right next to us and they all got served without being carded… super frustrating experience. Not asking for her to serve me without an ID at all, but at least be consistent.."

"Food is decent. The hush puppies and the sauce they’re served in are incredible! The ribs are great as well. Awesome draft beer selection and friendly staff. Plus there’s a game room in the basement that’s great for family fun"

"I recently visited The Rack and was disappointed with the experience. The service particularly fell short, marked by a long wait to be seated. More frustrating was the wait for the check, during which we were ignored by multiple servers passing by, despite our attempts to get their attention. This added about 30 minutes to our dining time. While the food was marginally better than the service, it still didn’t meet our expectations. I hope this honest feedback encourages The Rack to improve its customer service and culinary quality."
