Dunkin'

"I go here daily, and order the same few things. About once a week, I get my order correctly. All the other times, not so much. Everyone who works here is always very friendly, but what is going on back there? It's always just missing something, an ingredient, in the coffee. It's frustrating to have to get it fixed every day. And costly for them, I'd imagine. The overhead at this location must me a nightmare."

"Unfortunately, I have to go through this Dunkin frequently out of convenience. Every time I order, there’s at least 3 girls in the store. Not like some of these stores with one girl running it for hours and every coffee still getting made right. Every time I order I either drive through or order ahead. Every time my coffee is wrong. My boyfriend will not go pick up an order alone anymore because you mess up so often and it gives him anxiety to confront employees about mistakes. I’ve order almost a week straight for once and every single coffee up until today tasted like it was half liquid sugar and I had to change my order every day because they were out of different swirls. Today I ordered again and not only was there NO sugar in my coffees but there was also no creamer. Thank you Dunkin, but I could have made hazelnut flavored black coffee from my house without paying extra. This store needs to do better. Out of all the stores in the area it’s the only one that manages to keep some employees long term but still manage to screw up 90% of the time."
