"I’m not one to write reviews, but the quality of equipment I bought here on Saturday was unacceptable. I purchased two “New” Harbinger VARI V4115 15" 2,500W Powered Speakers. I had picked them up before a wedding I had that night. When you purchase new equipment you expect it to be new. When I went to my wedding and opened the first box, it was clearly an open boxed return. Mind you I was still charged full price. I immediately called to tell them and the most I got for an answer was “we can just order a new one”. When I opened the second one it looked promising. Except the fact that it wouldn’t power on. I tried four different outlets, and four different power cords. No power, at all. Fortunately I was able to pay a stranger $350 to use their PA system, which wasn’t the greatest but at least there was sound. I had to end up refunding the entire wedding back to the couple for GCs negligence. When I returned the speakers yesterday, it turned out that the clearly used speaker’s UPC didn’t match the box. So someone must have returned their old speaker, and Guitar Center just took it back no questions asked. This mishap ended up costing me over well over $1800. I will more than likely NEVER shop here again. I have attached photos of the “new” speaker they gave me."

"I visited quite a few music stores recently and the guitar center in North Attleboro has the largest selection of electric and acoustic guitars around. They offer a good variety of guitars starting at $160 and up. The staff was pleasant and didn’t bother me until I asked for help. If you’re looking for a guitar you really need to stop here. They have everything music here."
