"Been going there exclusively since 2016. Bunch of good people working there. Nuthin' against ladies, I love 'em! However, the lady who works there waited on me for the second or third time, or so, and it is very clear she is out of her element. She doesn't have a clue and can't seem to cross reference a simple spark plug. She's also told me "all about" certain products, processes, and so forth, while it was obvious she didn't know what she was talking about and was just making stuff up. After wasting my time, because she was unable to grasp a simple request, I went down the road and had all I needed in 90 seconds, as it should be. She's wasted my time for the last time. I won't go there again."
