Domino's Pizza

"We ordered out for pickup. Drove a half hour to pick up. Got home and noticed it was the wrong order. I called them up and talked to Dustin was told my order was still sitting there. Drove 30 minutes to return the wrong order and pick up mine. Employee was rude like we inconvenienced him. When we got home and went to finally have dinner. One of the pizzas literally had a hole in and the entire pizza was stuck to the box. In the trash it went. The other was supposed to be extra cheese bacon and pepperoni. I think they dumped the toppings in the middle and that was it. This was at the Lisbon Maine Dominos. Was asked to email info on my order which I did. 6 days later and still no response!! Guess the ball got dropped again!!"

"What a disappointment today, ordered 2 items and only got half the toppings ordered and the portions of the chicken ordered box was 1/3 of their normal serving. What a disappointment especially with the cost of food today…..lesson learned"

"My son ordered delivery and he asked me to make sure the driver was well recognized. He was so very kind. Hunter wrote: “I had an older gentleman deliver my pizza tonight, he was very kind, asked how my day was and then proceeded to thank me for my business which is nice because it’s not something you hear often”"

"The gentleman boxing up the pizzas was extremely nice and he is faster. What he does just like everybody else in that store they should get paid more in my opinion great service, great atmosphere and decent price. Thank you."

"We ordered extra meat on both pizzas and received less toppings than you typically would without paying for extra. Like, I kid you not, there were like 6 pieces of chicken on a chicken bacon ranch pizza. Same with the pepperoni. Pizza arrived cold. Just unacceptable. Update: In their response to me here, they asked me to email them with the details, time etc. of my order so they could make it right and I did. They did not respond at all."
