"I am aware that due to the pandemic, in order to limit the time spent in the redemption center in the back, we have been asked to count our own bottles. I have no issue doing that, however being told by the worker down there that I am lying about the amount of bottles I brought in is ridiculous. He held up a bag of 16 oz bottles and said I lied about how many I brought in because my bags (which were filled with 8oz bottles) weren’t the same size as that one. My family and I have been coming here for years but clearly we should be reconsidering that in the future."

"Earlier today, my mother was shopping at Muckey's while wearing a mask as she is immuno-compromised. She was verbally accosted by an employee for wearing a mask. This same employee did nothing to stop two customers from verbally accosting her while she was in the store. My family have been customers of Muckey's since we moved to Pembroke and will not be back. Horrible customer service all around, I would strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere."
