Rita's House of Pizza

"I ordered 2 pizzas for my family because we lost power. I called an hour before showing up due to the weather, stopped at an ATM and everything because they were only taking cash. Got there, paid, one of the girls said they had my order in the back. 10 minutes later, I ask for my pizza and one of the chefs tells me I’m gonna have to wait. 5-10 minutes later, multiple people have picked up their orders or started new ones by this point and received it before me. After all that, she asked me what my order was again, just to tell me that they never actually made it. An absolute waste of my time and so disappointing because I’ve enjoyed it before."

"Rita's isnt your average house of pizza. With consistency in food and staffing, as well as timeliness and impressive efficiency, Rita's is always a great place to get tasty food in a rush. If you like to eat inside they offer cozy indoor seating, with a cool but never chilly temperature. There is an array of drinks on display in a cooler, as well as to-go desserts. If you stop in, don't forget to try the loaded Greek fries!"

"Unorganized children work here. The food use to be good. They cannot handle a complaint even tho they're right there seeing it. When the "manager" was brought fourth for his mistakes he asked what my problem was! Wow. Then the teenage girls continued to yell insults after I was outside. Too bad. This place use to be good. They desperately needed the advice I was giving since I spent 10 years as an actual manager at a much larger, busier HOP. But like all teens, they argued. And the food I stood there waiting for was burnt anyway. No one wanted it, and no one ate it. Total waste and loss of customers since my entire family and many friends lives in this area. If I want arguing teenagers making my family's dinner.. I'll have my kids make it. Not pay a small fortune to be insulted and given burnt food instead of an apology. Don't bother... Drive throughs have better food and don't take 45 mins to mess it up. Also I watched a lot of ppls food just sit there rotting... Zero concept of times being given. I felt for every one of them getting gross sitting food at those prices!"

"I've had pizza, calzones and burgers from Rita's and they were all really great! Tonight, I couldn't decide what I wanted for dinner so I got this chicken salad and I couldn't have made a better choice! This salad was absolutely excellent!!!!!! (So much that it inspired me to write this review!) Thank you for making such great food, and at reasonable prices :) (Also comes with warm pita bread) P.S. Loved that I could order online, and my food was ready early! Just what I needed."
