Pizza Hut Washington St Ext., Waterville, ME 04901

"I ordered 3 med pizzas, and a large. They were ready quickly. However, the person who took the phone order misspelled/misheard my name. When I went to get the pizzas, they almost wouldn't give them to me! I told them what I ordered to prove who I was, and it's not politically correct, but the order taker didn't have English as a first language, and after repeating my name several times, and again at the counter when I was trying to get them home still hot, it was tedious at best. The location was dark and felt like a place you go to get illicit drugs. It appeared closed from the outside, no happy neon "OPEN" sign (or at least it was so dim you couldn't see it from a distance), only a couple cars in the lot, no signage to show how to find the driveway. It's an unmarked driveway in the midst of a lot of traffic lights and well-lit intersections. This drive also serves Kentucky Fried Taco Bell, and they don't have signage either, and no access to the Marden's parking/shopping lot directly behind it. The pizzas were flatbread. That was the positive in this transaction. It didn't give me a bloated yeast reaction. But they were SMALL, INCREDIBLY SMALL. I FORKED OVER $70, and couldn't believe how little toppings were on them and, I'm sorry, but they were all bland and the tomato sauce was devoid of flavor. My unvarnished reaction was "What a ripoff!" And I still had to bring them back to the large gathering to eat. It was frankly embarrassing and there was no time to go elsewhere."

"Service is always through the roof but our waiter LJ has such wonderful customer service. He was always smiling and kind to the bone! Incredibly patient with my 7 yr old and went above and beyond. He definitely stood out from most waiters and waitresses I've had in the past anywhere. He definitely made a big impression on our family in the best ways!"

"Got take out. The food was very good. Wings are very tasty and priced right compared to other restaurants. No Salad Bar or Buffet at this location. It's a shame. I really enjoyed those. The location in Skowhegan brought the salad bar fairly recently for those looking for that option."
