"Me and my husband have been going to Carrillo Services for years and have always been satisfied...BUT...last year Adrian made an error on my husband's tax filing. Adrian admitted to making a mistake and said if we got a letter from the IRS to come back so he could resolve the issue. Well over the summer we got a letter from the IRS saying he owes over $2,000. We dropped off the letter with his wife and Adrian admitted to making a mistake and said if we got a letter from the IRS to come back so he could resolve the issue. We NEVER HEARD BACK from him. We called several times and stopped by the office and have not been able to get in contact with him. So because of HIS mistake our filing was wrong and we are paying money we shouldn't have to. We've trusted them for years and ignoring us is not ok! This may be the last time we use their services if this doesn't get resolved."
