"I would rate this store for top quality customer service from my recent experience. I placed a cake order online for my wedding anniversary which the store missed out due to system glitch. Manager apologized and was kind enough to not only knock off $10 on the cake over the shelf but also offered a free cake to order any time on him. After 2 months, today i ordered and picked up a cake which is made delicious. Thanks to the store manager to keeping top quality service alive which feels so good during these tough tines. I highly recommend this store!!!"

"The problem here is that when you go to pay with a credit card the first thing that comes up on the credit card machine is asking you to give the employees a tip. And, the cashier tells it will ask for a tip. Why give someone a tip when this entire place and experience is 100% self serve and 100% self service? The employees do nothing to warrant a tip. The cashier just sits there. No one helps or serves you. Very very tacky and sleazy. Will never return or recommend this place."

"This is a really cool frozen yogurt shop, you make your own treat. Pick the flavor than pick as many toppings as you like. Pricing was reasonable but my boys didn't pack on the toppings. Price is calculated by the weight of your treat."

"Went there once, and it was not good. I put oreos on my froyo, and they didn't taste like oreos. Turns out they were actually generic chocolate sandwich cookies passed off as Oreos. Also, the place had very little flavors, could use more variety."
