I was amazed. I worked at dunkkn myself for many Years so I know that you are trained to ALWAYS offer back the chance even if it's as small as a penny. "I frequent this DD often and they consistently get my order correct (not true of many of the Dunk's I have frequented), they are consistently polite (who even asks you how your day is at the drive thru anymore?!), and fast. I don't even hesitate when I see a long line because they zip right through the orders and in no time, I've got my order and can get back to my busy life.
