"Went in today to open up two accounts, waited in line a good 15 mins. Got to the counter and was told I needed to schedule an appt to open up an account...Really? Obviously this location is NOT full service. Have been with Citizens over 40 yrs...I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere..A complete waste of my time!"

"The bank tellers behind the counter refuse to help you and force you to use the self serve ATM to cash a check - even when there is no one else in line at the counter (which has 2 tellers “working”; meanwhile the line for the single ATM has multiple people waiting). It makes no sense and is terrible customer service - especially for older folks who can’t or just don’t want to do it themselves."

"I have been a customer of Citizens Bank most of my adult life. I have never had an issue with them and in fact, their tellers are extremely helpful, friendly, kind, knowledgable and patient."

"I just signed up for a bank account here, only to learn they do not cash savings bonds, which is a common function that all banks should and normally do provide. Completely wasted time setting up a local bank account and direct deposit with a small town bank that has zero customer service. Very disappointing. Lastly, I needed to set up a PIN number and although three people were working, of course only one person who was busy was the "only" one that could help me. Don't bother banking here, there's a reason big banks exist and do well."
