"I know it's been said multiple times already, but this firm NEEDS to improve their responsiveness. We aren't working with them because we tried twice to contact them to see if they can handle our tricky tax return. It's been weeks, and we're STILL waiting on someone to return our call. If you're overbooked, just let people know you aren't taking any more clients, so they aren't sitting around waiting for you to never return their call. Better to know in advance, I guess."

"They took my tax information and then didn’t contact me again. I called and asked to speak to my accountant but the secretary told me they’re busy. I asked why they were late with my taxes and she said “we have a lot of clients” so apparently I shouldn’t expect them to get to me in time? I asked for help with an extension at least and she said I’d have to pay them extra to file for an extension. Now my taxes are late and I’m scrambling to find another accountant. Never again!"

"I'm a business with 5 LLCs, Im not really sure where to start but the basics include, not returning phone calls, billing me $3k for something that my new accountant (awesome company -- SmithWatson) was able to do for $1250. It's like they simply did not have the capacity to work with my businesses but never addressed it, letting me call over and over again until I was forced to get another accountant. Shabby service. Sad thing is I was taking to partners not admins. They did the same thing to another business owner in town as well. I guess they have enough business to not be courteous or professional. Do not recommend."
