"It took them 4 plus months to amend my taxes and then my taxes were messed up and I was still told I need to pay them the $260 (what it cost to have your taxes amended). All I have to say is I will never go back to H&R Block, I would never suggest this place to anyone"

"This one, actually scares me! I didn't go to H&R Block! I called them. Is it my imagination or is this just plain scary? About H&R Block though, (this after all is what the rating is all about) they have never steered me wrong and very thorough. Yes, can be pricey but rather have it done right the first time! Lord knows I've had trouble with IRS in the past. Not once, but three times! Audits are NOT my cup of tea thank you! Since H&R took over, I do relax. Always kind and courteous. And smarter than Alexa! ( But still creepy ) lol"

"Let me preface this by saying HR block did my corp return this year and they were great. However, I submitted my personal tax info on 8/25. I've received no status on my return. I've called 5 times in the last 2 weeks and messaged them several times. I've received no call backs or messages. My return is due in 9 days and I have no idea if they have even looked at my info! No one ever calls back or responds to my messages. I can't recommend them at all."
