Reviews
"Excellent and professional firm, would recommend them for anyone seeking legal services or representation."
"Cynthia Spinola is a top notch attorney who gets things done and gets things right. She put me at ease during a difficult ordeal. I highly recommend Cynthia and her team"
"Hashim and Spinola have provided many valuable services to me over the last decade. They have supported me in various real estate transactions, provided excellent advice, and assisted me in developing a non-profit organization. I have always received professional and high quality legal support. The representation they provide is top notch and I would use no other legal team."
"My wife and I and several members of our family have had a long and highly satisfactory relationship with Hashim & Spinola for over three decades. The issues with which they have assisted us include a legal malpractice claim, two personal injury claims involving automobile-related injuries, estate planning, and the development and execution of trust documents, including an irrevocable trust. In addition, Hashim & Spinola provided expert assistance to a Berkshire County school district in which I was supt. of schools in resolving a land use issue. The attorneys whom we dealt with -- at one or another time, three of the firm's four members -- were invariably conscientious, generous with their time, diligent, exceptionally well-informed, timely, and, in all instances -- most especially in the three cases where family members were harmed and litigation was possible -- very compassionate. I recommend Hashim & Spinola without qualification."
"Rude, Incompetent and Lazy. Those are the three words I would use to sum up the services of this law firm. My case ended up with Hashim and Spinola because my attorney David Murphy passed away abruptly. And without giving me any reason whatsoever as to why they did not want to handle my case, I was told to come in and pick up my file. I was not even offered a list of other attorneys that I could look into. I was simply turned away in a cold and heartless manner. After I don’t know how many months and several bouts of emotional distress that required the intervention of my therapist I received a letter from the office of Hashim and Spinola stating they had a check for the deposit I gave Mr. Murphy waiting for me in their office. When I showed up to get it I was told the person in charge of that was gone for the day and I should come back Monday. I was also told it would be best to call first,so I did. When I called I was transferred and ended up with a voicemail. Maybe it was wrong of me to think the lawyer I needed to speak with was in her office when the secretary said “Hang on let me transfer you to her office” I simply assumed because I was not told, “sorry she’s not in right now”. What did I do? I drove down there where I was rudely barked at and scolded by their secretary! She spoke to me as if I were some kind of insignificant child! She actually said, “I told you to call first” in a tone that simply P’d me off. I felt like I was being attacked when the other secretary chimed and I was berated with excuses as to why I couldn’t get my refund. The check hasn’t been cut yet, the person who needs to sign it isn’t here, we don’t know where she is, we don’t know when she’ll be back. I Was Brought To TEARS! Why was I sent a letter stating a Check Was WAITING For ME? Why was this check Not given to me a few months earlier when I came in to pick up my file? Why doesn’t the office staff know anything about the whereabouts of their boss? How come the secretaries are clueless as to when their boss will be coming back??? I have so many questions, I could probably write a book about this horrid experience alone! But I digress because I would like to put this nightmare behind me. Hopefully Dr. Phil will find my issue compelling enough to have me on his show since I’m too emotionally distraught to go hunting down another attorney. And yes if I do end up on the show, I most certainly will share this experience with the whole wide world. I've added a pic of the letter sent to me. It clearly states my check is waiting. So why was I given such a hard time? And if this is how they handle the cases they are responsible for this law firm is obviously quite useless."
