"Tremendously efficient, knowledgable UPS store. Pleased in every way with stellar service and accurate information. Highly recommend! Excellent hours too. The staff members are extremely personable and very hard workers. I am welcomed and treated with respect each time I have a transaction. Furthermore, I use this store exclusively for my Amazon returns and have never had a package or item lost or delayed."

"Update: UPS corporate seemed to reach out to invite me to discuss the issues. It's been several days since I indeed reached out per their request and have not heard anything back from them I need to reach out to this business to address as well, but I would NOT recommend returning anything through this store. I have had multiple issues with this particular location with Amazon returns, where I receive the initial refund but am re-charged because Amazon never receives the item. I've also used the East Greenbush location with no issues - clearly there is something happening at this particular location where the items are not accounted for properly - I have issues about 30% of the time. Further - about half of my experiences here are with lackadaisical staff that are not paying attention; one on his cell phone while completing the transaction, etc. It is common to find one employee busting their backs while the others seem to be goofing off. I feel badly for those that do their jobs. I won't be going back here - but I will be giving them a piece of my mind, as it's cost me hours of time sorting out the issues with Amazon."

"Just moved from Boston area, and this will be my go to UPS store from now on. The manager helped me right away to get on wifi to access Amazon app from my phone. I had multiple boxes (some unboxed), for a very complex Amazon return. Jaden, the store assistant was more than patient and professional, as I became very inpatient, made some inappropriate comments and complaints. But, he stayed calm and had some good words of wisdom for me. He has excellent customer service skills, and will go far. Thank you to the staff. And thank you to the staff for going a couple of minutes past closing time!"
