"I received the worst service I have ever received in my life from this location and I am a former server/waitress myself. The preparer gave me a terrible attitude before I could even specify what I wanted in my bowl and it left such a terrible taste in my mouth. Idk if its terrible/toxic management or over-scheduling that filters down to the attitude of the staff there, but whatever it is they need to check it so the atmosphere can be better for employees and patrons alike. TLDR: I will never go back to this terribly serviced Chipotle nor will I order again. I will be sure to tell my friends this as well."

"I ordered DoorDash here as I am familiar with the chipotle brand and expected good quality ingredients. What I got served was cold food that was evidently directly served from a freezer as the food was so cold that none of the cheese was melted in the bowl. If I wanted cold ingredients I would have ordered it directly from the Trader Joe’s across the street."

"me and my friends (all female asian highschool students keep in mind) went to this chipotle there was a worker who was 32, black, deep voice and tall please stay away from him if you’re also a young female. he only talked to me and my friends and he asked us questions such as our age, grade, and etc. not quite weird till he says that he thinks that we want to be doctors or software engineers. like i said earlier we’re all asian, quite stereotypical considering he knew nothing about us other than our visuals… while we we’re eating he talked to us as well.. really strange considering there were customers his age and his coworkers. he also went on break while we were there and he said bye to us aswell?? i found it really strange for a grown man to talk to young female highschool students rather than his own coworkers. also we heard someone tell him to stop talking to us.. weird how someone called him out on it.. definitely not his first time doing this. i will 100% not be coming back the food was NOT worth an old man talking to us. by far the worst chipotle experience and burrito bowl i’ve had."

"I’ve lived In the Seaport for 3 years now. If it wasn’t for the convenience, I wouldn’t EVER come here. This place is TERRIBLE! The workers do not care about making quality food and don’t even try to get your order right. I constantly get my orders incorrect, cold and uneatable/ have to throw it away. Chipotle is a great restaurant, BUT THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL!"
