"Today I went in and asked for beef and instead got a bunch of fat. If it wasn’t for the very unprofessional and rude guy working frontline I would’ve never made this review! I simply just wanted the beef fat replaced with beef! But instead I got argued with and talk about loudly! When the staff thought I left the store but I was still there! The rude, unprofessional man working said I was blaming him when I was blaming nobody for the big glob of fat that I received in my bowl. I tried my hardest to eat the fat but it was so bad that I had to say something. I’m considering going further with this issue because I feel disrespected."

"Love the place. My old warning is that the line moves insanely fast. I am still processing what I would like to eat but 2 blinks later, I am already at the end of the line. So decide what you want before you step in line! Also have the app ready so you don't hold others up."

"Very rude staff! Especially the white young man with long hair. Always has an attitude. Had two horrible experiences and I will be calling for compensation. So sick of people working somewhere they hate and taking it out on customers. Also I don’t understand how this establishment has seen this reviews and clearly hasn’t done anything. They got my entire order wrong and served me a cold burrito instead of just making it thoroughly. Another time my order was thrown in the bag and was all over my bag and they weren’t trying to give me a new bag and container for my food after throwing my items in the bag causing the spill. I don’t understand this chipotle in particular and when will something be done about it?"

"Walked here after the other one near state didn’t have any white rice. When I got here at 9:30p the door was locked.. don’t take the closing shifts if you don’t any stay for the hours on the door. These pictures were taken outside the windows."
