"I love coming to Chili's the food is good the service is even better the atmosphere not so much. They need to fix that restaurant and make it look like the one in Smithfield I don't know why they don't. It's very dreary. What they lack in atmosphere they make up for in the great people that work there. Shout out to Michael, Karry, Betty Jo,Meg,Sam,and Kara."
"Was a little surprised by how many of the exterior signs were out of service, but the rest of the location was clean, tidy, and professional. Take out food was a breeze, and the attendant was courtesy and mentioned to pull the car up to the door. I'd planned to come back in, but he delivered to my car, making my experience that much better. Kudos for his observation and service ethic. I was impressed (5 stars for him)"
"Alex met us right away. Our food was all delicious. Our server was polite and responsive. All of the staff were kind and friendly. People complain it's all kids that work here. We all started from somewhere. And our food was delicious and fresh. We eat out all the time and love to try new places. Our favorite for the area is chills. "All" the staff smiled and were all very professional. I highly rate this. For a restaurant chain I give them a five star rating."

"Chili’s is choice # one we need to eat out but now as all restaurants are underemployed ,service went downhill... Anyway Let’s start with the positive, our servers was friendly, my kids enjoyed their food. Somethings need improvements: Cleanliness ( restaurant has a odd smell) ,my Caesar salad was drenched in dressing."
