"Westford will get their own piece of my mind. Marlborough though. Just wow. Handled our family taxes for a year or two, lost half the documentation, requested the same documents multiple times, ignored the majority of my emails, and will not answer the phone. I had asked about accounting on a little side gig I do a couple hours a week and was promptly dropped as a client. On top of that, getting them to release previous years documents for the new local firm I found was quite literally worse than pulling teeth. This place seems like its run by children, some with an attitude I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy."

"Initially, I was excited at the thought of this office. They had bookkeeping and accounting through their firm, which I needed for my small business. Initially, they set me up on a portal to submit my prior year's tax filing, I submitted the required documentation on Sep. 11th and since then have been waiting for a quote for the cost of filing my taxes. I've followed up by phone twice since the 11th, and the response I get is, "we are busy and working on it". Providing a quote is very easy. Communication is everything, and this company should do better to follow up with its potential customers. I wish I had a better experience. I called today to express my frustration and see if anything could be done. I told the woman, at this point, I think I'll have to seek another company, and the woman replied with, "OK," and no apologies; no, let me fix this, and make sure you have a good experience. Im in the service business. I wouldn't treat someone who had a poor experience like this."
