"I experienced the worst service ever from the heavy set man in the back! I can’t remember his name. However, I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment and the lady at the front desk was extremely kind. We discussed everything that needed to be done and she scheduled me in. When I arrived on the day and time for my appointment, the guy in the back began to do my taxes. After looking at everything he said that he will not do it because there is not enough time due to the “walk ins” that arrived after me. I do understand it was a busy time (few days before last day to file). His phone rang right away and he answered and proceeded to have an entire conversation while asking me to sign paperwork. I asked him if he could explain why he couldn’t do my taxes that I scheduled an appointment for. He was so ignorant and rude and overall dismissive while throwing his hand up, telling me to leave which I would assume is not how this business should be represented. The kind lady at the front reminded him of what I needed done and kept apologizing for what was happening. I will never ask for help from his racist self again! Truly disgusted"
