"Picked up my sons cake today, was a completely different cake than I ordered, and the lady was looking at the cake with me when ordered. It was still the slightest theme of a monster truck but was not the cake I ordered. I Was so upset to even confront them. Unfortunately will never be back."

"I am once again reminded why I switched the bulk of my monthly grocery purchases from Shaw"s to smaller, local shops. First, the once-excellent organic and all-natural food section disappeared, and every item I regularly purchased is now cut into the aisles with all of the other products. Obviously to force us to shop the entire store. Next, is the phone app I am required to use in order to get the extra-special pricing on certain items. I cannot be bothered. Just show me always great pricing and I will be your customer! and last, many of the longtime excellent products are no longer available. Too bad because I was consistently dropping hunderds of dollars each month in these stores. Now I will spend my very hard-earned money elsewhere."

"Absolutely the worst example of "customer service " I've ever seen from the bakery in this store. Also the manager on duty was zero help and both were extremely RUDE!! I only asked if there were more cakes and this young woman flipped out borderline abusive. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! NEVER WILL MY FAMILY RETURN!!!"

"I gave the pickup service a try today, and I wanted to share a tip with you: make sure to carefully read the fine print. They actually have a pickup charge, which surprised me because I haven't encountered that at other stores like Target and Walmart in our area. Just something to keep in mind! Not sure why we were charged, the purchase was greater than $30."
