"Genuinely the WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. The lines are always ridiculously long and painfully slow. Any questions you have are met with 'i don't have an answer, you'll have to go stand at drop off' where you are met with another line. Phone calls take forever to be answered and all you hear while standing in line is the phone alerting the staff that there are multiple calls waiting. Half of the staff has zero desire to be there and it shows. Prescriptions are usually out of stock, delayed or just not there. You will get a million automated phone calls and texts saying your stuff is ready only to go there and find out it is not actually ready. I was also given the WRONG prescription (let that sink in.) I do not recommend this CVS whatsoever. I transferred to this pharmacy out of 'convenience' of it being closer to my home but will be switching to somewhere else because it is not worth the aggravation."
"The pharmacy in this store is horrible! The people are terrible! They never answer the phone. Drive thru always has an issue, so it makes you go inside. Takes days for prescriptions to be filled. The line is always long, even when there is 4 people working. I would NOT go to this CVS."
"I understand places are short staffed and overwhelmed, this is not about the staff itself. But more so towards CVS in general. Instead of building new cvs's. Worry about staffing the ones you already have. It shouldnt take a week for a script to be filled. Thats absurd to me. I shouldnt be withdrawing from my meds because they cant fill it quick enough and are 10 days behind. And when you call they are "temporarily closed ". Utterly ridiculous. Thank you to the people for doing their best, but people seriously need their meds..."
"The pharmacy was short of employees, and crazy busy...but the 3 women there including the pharmacist were so helpful and kept the flow going the best they could.the pharmacist was giving vaccines and getting people's prescription. They kept apologizing."
"This should be zero stars. I just read the previous reviews and was not surprised to see that many others experienced the rudeness and unprofessional at this pharmacy. It’s beyond unacceptable. As a previous review states, the managers just don’t care. They watch the disrespectful staff and they support it and encourage it. They have no problem vocalizing how overworked they are. They hang sloppy signs in the drive through stating window closed due to no help. They are still riding the Covid behavior and excuses. Just go to Walmart pharmacy on Broadway in Raynham. They are awesome. I don’t even have to call. All of my prescriptions are automatically filled every three months on the same schedule. There was always a problem with CVS…always. When I called they would be annoyed and rude that I was calling to which my response would be “do you think I want to have to call every time I need the same prescriptions refilled?” The goal with auto refill is that there is no human interaction necessary. Dear Lord. I just wanted my prescriptions filled automatically without having to think about it. Again, I waited way too long to switch. Oh my gosh. What a difference. My prescriptions are ready on time and they are beyond polite and respectful at Walmart. This CVS was a nightmare. As a lot of the prior reviews say the staff is rude and unhelpful and act completely put upon. They blame the computer for everything as well as lack of help, even when there are six of them behind the counter they complain and are rude. I called the 1-800 # and left a detailed message with a rep about my last experience as well as leaving the store manager a message. No response. They simply don’t care. Go to Walmart. Ask for Ethan or Amy…they are beyond pleasant, respectful and helpful!! I can’t say enough about the pharmacy at Walmart in Raynham. Save yourself the headache. They even mail for free if you would prefer. Switch to Walmart. You will be glad you did."
