"Absolutely love frequenting this place! Wonderful staff and owners, great assortment of items from shampoo to laundry detergent sheets, fresh coffee, handmade ceramics, grains, tea, coffee! Recently was looking for a specific coffee and asked them to let me know if they saw me. Couple weeks later, Cynthia saw me and let me know it was in stock! I had forgotten to even look. That was so helpful and wonderful of her!"

"I wish that they were down the street from me this store is just amazing and the service was amazing. I just stopped by because we were in the area and I didn't have any containers and they were just so great. I got everything I needed and even a couple things I just had to have. The tea selection was great. Herbs and seasonings what more could you ask for. Can't wait to come by again try more. I try to be less wasteful and save and this place is the best of both worlds. "I second the comment saying this place is a "local gem", I could not agree more! Where else can you get a pinch of this, and a cup of that, all while reducing your waste? Shopping here is a wholesome and personal experience. The staff are so kind and helpful as to give me cooking tips and help me purchase the right ingredients for my recipes. This is also a very sanitary bulk store. Only the staff are allowed to touch the items from the bulk bins--you ask them for what you want, and they get it for you. This makes me feel comfortable shopping here. This is the most well-equipped bulk store I have ever been to, with every kind of dried good, dried fruits, baking supplies, oils, soaps, spices and herbs, and so much more. If you want to try something new without buying a whole box of it, consider stopping here. You might just fall in love! "South Coast Bulk is a treasure. Helpful, knowledgeable and endlessly accommodating folk run this place. It has an excellent selection of package free foods and plenty of fun things to discover and be tempted by. Bring your own containers or they will fill paper bags with your items. I enjoy the cozy feel of the shop. Great selection of loose teas, spices and grains. Staff really go out of their way. I feel grateful for this local business that is doing the right thing by the environment and the community!!"

"This is a local gem! They moved last year from Boon street in Narragansett to their new location in ‘ old’ Wakefield. They carry a great assortment of dry beans, flours, coffees, grains, tea and more. I bought a bag of their dry mix for soup as a present for one of my friends ( who is a total foodie) and she went back to buy several more - she loved their instant pot directions for the soup and it was delicious! Some people pre order so their items will be ready when they come to pick them up. Friendly, helpful service and high quality foods!"
