"I wrote off last year's tax adventure and thought it can't happen again. Boy was I wrong. Last season we had a appointment to drop taxes off at the north attleboro wal-mart. I walk in and there was a gentleman there who took my folder and laid it on the desk as they were with another customer. We got a call a few days later that our taxes were ready to be picked up. I made the appointment for first thing (11am). I showed up and waited and nobody showed. I wrote this off as a oops, so made another appointment for 11am on Sunday. Again showed a little early and waited as again no show. Called Jackson and they contacted him and had him drop off all my paper work. Note that they dropped off my paperwork. The taxes were done so why not drop those off also? The lady spoke to asked if I was willing to go to seekonk. This is in the Wal -mart. I was told this lady is one of her best so we did it. All went well. Now let come to 2022. We made a appointment for the 18th 11am in seekonk. We went like we did last season and showed a little early. Guess what? That's correct ANOTHER NO SHOW. We called the number and the lady who did our taxes in 21 answered. She stated that she was sorry and does not know why nobody is there(like i was told twice before). So we started this journey using an office 10 minutes from me. They screwed it up so we were asked if we would go 30 minutes away. We did. Now this season when the lady was called she was more than happy to do them,however she was moved to bristol Rhode island. Now they expect us to go from attleboro to bristol to have taxes done. Sad thing is I am sure this can't be the only issue they have. Guessing a lot of people will write off and move as I will do."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. I had an 11:00 o’clock appointment. I arrived on time and checked in using the QR code. I waited and waited and no one showed up. I called the nearest office and the person that picked up said that they were picking up office supplies and that they would be on their way. At this point it was around 11:21. I received a call at 11:45 from someone else in the office that told me she was here, at the Fall River location. My appointment was at the Seekonk location. What a waste of my time. It’s a poorly run business. This was my first and last time dealing with them. I don’t recommend."
