"A great neighborhood grocery! Super small and packed to the gills with essentials! I went in for a very specific but mundane request "wax paper" and they had it, stacked way up on top of one of the coolers (a very nice worker found it for me). They have a large selection of hot food available as well as vegetables, spices, baking essentials, and more. Very happy to have found this convenient and friendly grocery within walkable distance of my apartment!"

"The real deal. Came from a word of mouth recommendation after I expressed missing this food (because i never learned how to make it, shame on me). The staff couldn't be any nicer and thanked me multiple times for checking them out. Honestly, they could not have spoken to me at all since the hot foods speak for themselves. Ordered two pernil dishes with yellow rice, beans, and platano maduros and it was heaven, generous, authentic, and just over twenty dollars total. They advised me to call in the morning to see what they are cooking for lunch. I can't wait to try every damn thing. Gracias senoras. Todo estuvo delicioso."

Just when the Walgreens empire decides to raise their prices, it's a must to appreciate the jewels of your neighborhood. The customer service is super friendly and welcoming at all times. I appreciate this establishment highly and recommend the food, the fresh produce, the meat department and the on the go drinks!!"

"This is located downtown on South Pearl Street they have assortment of home cooked food which is out of this world. Whatever she cooks it is so scrumptious. She even bakes cake and those are even delicious. Everything that I bought here is always been fantastic. Even better than my cooking."
