When I called on the phone, they answered my questions & gave great advice on some portable vaporizer models I was not aware of... a few hours later I was at the store checking out their selection (hands on... you can actually touch the item you're about to buy!) and I'm very pleased w/ my purchase. Very competitively priced products and now I have a discount to use on my next visit... no way you're gonna get that kind of service from a website.
