"Came in for formula it's locked up, I asked customer service for help they told me to go to the self check out person to open it, there is 2 lines open and self check outs line was halfway down isle 1. No one was at customer service so I don't know why they wouldn't let me just pay there and be on my way, 15 minutes in line. Waiting"
"The quality of this Price Chopper has declined over the last year. Its anyone guess what services within the market will be open due to lack of staff. Even with the new remodel, the store isn't as tidy as it could be. The hot lunch bar looks more like microwaved leftovers than made fresh daily. The Managers walk around looking busy but get really annoyed if you ask them a question or ask for assistance."
