Walmart Pharmacy

"Melissa the pharmacist is trash. I went in inquiring to change pharmacys and asked if she carried a specific generic of a medication and she gave me attitude and made up and excuse that she can't provide what generics they carry."

"I wanted to update my post from a couple years ago. From a 1 star I would have given it a half a star if I could have. To a 5 star the staff have really improved since then with there all around friendliness, helpfulness, remembering who you are. Great job"

"I want to like it here. The pharmacy staff is nice enough, but there’s a problem every time. Had my dogs prescription sent there and never heard anything called after a couple days to check on it they say they have nothing. I call the vet again wait on hold forever to get it sent again call back Walmart to let them know my vet should be sending it soon and they tell me that they found it but didn’t fill it…. No reason why they just didn’t fill it it’s just sitting there…. Next time I had my my ear drops called in there went to pick up on the way home from work and didn’t have them like don’t carry them and didn’t call me to tell me so I went there for nothing. Things with my dogs prescription were fine for a while and it’s cheap so I stuck it out but then a few weeks ago I had antibiotics called in for my superrrr sick kids and when my husband went to pick them up they tell him THEY GOT THE PRESCRIPTION REQUEST BUT DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK. And they didn’t call us again!!!! Why!??? Like do you like having people angry I don’t understand. Tonight my brother tries to grab my script on the way home from work that I refilled 10 days ago through the app and it said you have 10 days to get it and they don’t have it they already put it back so it’s not ready anymore and told him he could get it tomorrow. It’s not something I can skip multiple doses and already missed one dose due to a work emergency I couldn’t make it to the pharmacy before it closed yesterday. He had to ask them to please fill it because I can’t go without it again so they are thank god but I’m clearly going to have to go somewhere else and pay more because this is insane and a waste of my time."

"Seriously not impressed with there pharmacy my vet called in my dogs script 2 hours ago I call take sure it's ready then get put on hold only for no one to answer finally after 30 minutes of waiting i decided to drive to pick it up well they tried to say the vet never called it in but they did it was due to the fact no one checked the voicemails at the pharmacy then they have the nerve to tell me oh well you have to wait now cause were going on lunch! Sdo not recomend them at all!"

"Went in to fulfill a prescription another Walmart couldn't fill. They couldn't find it in the computer so they had to call the previous store. Told me it would be an hour so I did my shopping. When I got back to the pharmacy after an hour they were just talking to the other store and said it would be a few minutes. After 45 minutes more they said they didn't have the prescription. 3 hours wasted between 2 stores with nothing to show for it. Switching to CVS."
