"My doctor phoned in a prescription, and one of their staff members called me twice to get a whole lot of information and then told me that the only thing outstanding was whether insurance would cover it. I told her I would pay if that wasn’t the case. Two weeks later, I had received nothing in the mail. I called them and they tried to blame the delay on my doctor not giving them the proper dosage information and not returning phone calls. But they had explicitly told me that everything was all set except for whether insurance coverage would happen. In addition, my doctor’s office is fantastic at returning phone calls and I’ve been seeing him for 26 years. At that point, they admitted to me that the person processing my prescription had gone on vacation and no one else had completed the order. Avoid this place, they are liars and incompetents. I’m getting my prescription a month late now, with a different pharmacy."

Alicia spent a long time on the phone with my doctor to come up with a work around! I can't recommend her (and the place) enough."

"I want to like them and will be happy if they ever call me back! I am very frustrated with the service and I am waiting for an important herbal medicine! It was Supposed to be in almost ten days ago and I keep calling and they say they will call me back and they don’t! Now I go another weekend with out the herb that really helps double my dwindling milk supply. This is so frustrating! I wish they would call back and tell me if it came in like they said they would!
