"Going back to small town pharmacy. Waited in line in the drive-thru for 25 minutes with an injured back because I could not walk into the store. Finally get to the window and the prescription is not ready. Went to the Dr. at 9:30am, was at the pharmacy at 11:30am, 2 HOURS later! was told to come back in 20 minutes, so sitting in a parking lot with an injured back waiting. I get back in line at the drive-thru after 20 minutes and wait another 35 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. They let the person sit in front of me for 30 minutes at the window!!!!! Then I get to the window, ask for a manager and the fool they sent over cant even use the intercom system. Went home and transferred all my prescriptions. Terrible service!!!"
"My scrips were transferred there when they bought out my pharmacy. I wasn't really happy that nobody consulted me on where i wanted to go...but so far so good for customer service. I'll stay on for now."
