"I just started using this medication delivery service. I love the smart device that dispenses your medication. It's so easy to take your meds and refill. The only downside to this service is if like me you get your medication from multiple doctors and some only prescribe two months at a time so sometimes my medication doesn't always come in the prepackaged monthly boxes and I then have to dispense it myself. Also the wait to get someone on the phone is sometimes very long but they have a call back option if you don't want to wait. Update: I've been with them for over 6 months now and the wait time on the phone has improved. They have gotten all my meds refilling at the same time so they are all packaged together now."
"Horrible service, unless you have No other option. The deliveries drivers aren't being paid by The third party delivery Service ROVA and this is why we don't receive our medication ON DATE NOR TIME as promised. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT everyone works together and not for free!!! To help keep everyone healthy and alive. Dame Mass health that pays for our meds need to look into why payments are being made to everyone except the necessary delivery people."

She has a very quick response time if I leave a message. Super friendly. Always helpful. Medminder pharmacy calls before delivery to make sure there are no changes to medications. "After seeing how high of a review these people have - even as I sit on hold (for nearly 30 minutes now) trying to find out why my meds have not been shipped yet, despite the fact that I'll be out tomorrow - I feel it necessary to point out that most of the positive reviews I've read so far have been from family members of customers. Not the customers themselves. Maybe that's because I'm not the only person who has problems with their order, consistently - month after month. I'm not exaggerating when I say that AT LEAST 75% of the time my meds either arrive several days after I run out of my previous months supply, or WOULD arrive late of I didn't do what I'm trying to do right now, and call to find out why they haven't been shipped yet. and nearly every time, I get assured that they "bumped up my shipping date so this doesn't happen again," and it always does. That's not even the worst part. At least once every few months I find that I am missing pills. Anywhere from 1 dose of one pill, to several days worth of multiple pills. They even one time sent somebody else's patient information and medication instructions to me with my order and sent mine with theirs. How these people haven't been sued into bankruptcy or at least SHUT DOWN is beyond me. They are a danger to the lives of their patients. I would have stopped using them a long time ago. Unfortunately, they seem to be the only pharmacy contracted with my particular insurance to provide the kinds of services I need them for. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!"
"We've been using MedMinder for a family member for a year now. It has been so helpful-- it has extended her ability to live independently, and is so easy for her to use (and avoid misusing). It saved paying someone to give her medications 3 times a day (which she hated). It gives us peace of mind that we can receive (and customize) alerts, so we always know what's going on, even when we're not there. And their customer service is excellent. I wish more people knew about it--her primary care physician had never heard of it."
