"Waited 10 minutes for an associate to find keys so that I could purchase a locked item. I was unfortunately running a time sensitive errand for my employer, so I couldn't leave, but had it been my own purchase, you would have lost a sale. That long of a wait is completely unacceptable for paying customers."

"Went in to get a COVID test for myself and my girlfriend. Her birthdate was apparently wrong in the computer and they refused to administer the COVID test or let us change it even though we had the confirmation email from Walgreens. They kept telling us to reschedule on the Walgreens website even after we kept telling them there is no other availability on their website. What makes no sense is that if we had to cancel the appointment, because her birthdate was wrong, there all the sudden would have been an opening that we should have been able to book, but we were not allowed to. Interestingly they mentioned they need to verify everyone's birthday with an ID before administering a test. I took my test before my girlfriend was denied hers and they never asked for any kind of an ID. I understand there is protocol, but obviously there are parts of this protocol that make no sense and they are picking and choosing which parts of the protocol to enforce (ie they never checked my ID). This policy could very well have resulted in others being exposed to COVID if she was positive and Walgreens did not administer the test we booked."

"The pharmacy staff for the most part are great but the pharmacist is rude. The drive through has not responded the last 3 times I was there and I had to leave without my prescription due to time restraints. The store is very clean and most people very helpful. Overall I do like the staff and cleanliness."
