"I’m traveling with my family and we stopped for drinks and the bathroom. I pressed a button so someone could come unlock it and no one came. I asked someone and they said they couldn’t leave the register to help. I have been waiting for ten minutes just to use a restroom. Very very unhappy."
"Took a covid test for travel, and I never received a confirmation that my specimen sample got collected. The staff stated that the turn around is within 48 hours but it has been over 72 hours and there was still no result. My business travel state that the test result must be within 72hour so walgreen pretty much screwed me over...and it wasn't just me. There were many other people who encounter the same situation."
