"Alana (I think that's her name?) at the pharmacy desk was super nice! She was so helpful and kind. Also she was super professional when some guy in line was being a total creep, kudos to her for that, she handled an awkward situation so professionally. That being said I had to remove a star because the main pharmacist, although nice, seemed a little underprepared for who he could administer the Abrysvo vaccine to. I wouldn't have made the appointment if I didn't qualify based on the Walgreen's website, the CDC website, and Abrysvo's website. The confusion was eventually worked out, and I guess it is a new situation.. but yeah. Just surprised the appointment was almost cancelled."

"First time walking in and guess what? its a last time, Never go for any service here, 4 Passport photo $36.10 haha same thing at CVS $22. Damn expensive place.."

"Didn't take my insurance and pharmacists were rude. This is the closest pharmacy near umass campus too. They also never have your medication even if they do take your insurance. Terrible."

"I thought I could make an appointment for a quick flu shot but clearly this was a huge mistake. The pharmacy is dirty, I waited 20 minutes just to get the shot, and they didn’t have access to the patient questionnaire I filled out online. The pharmacy techs were openly discussing not feeling well and being sick but coming to work anyway. This place is a nightmare. Stay away."
