"Jeff the pharmacy manager is extremely passive aggressive. He said I could call HQ for the district managers name. I just have a question about billing and why the same prescription is $200 more in Northampton than in Greenfield."

"After waiting at urgent care for nearly 2 hours with my sick 6 year old daughter. We then went to our normal pharmacy which was out of the amoxasilan. I then had to call the Dr Back. They then found it availible at cvs but told me it would be about 10 min to place the order. This whole time I decided to take her to get a happy meal and then wait for her to eat while we waited In the Parking lot. About 30 min. Then we went in and some young tech assured me they did not have the order when I know the Dr placed it. The pharmacist found it in the computer. They then said have a seat it would be about 15 min. Here is where the problem takes place. After 30 min of waiting they call me up to pay for the medication. This time a different kid at the register. Who was smug and condescending as he told me I had to pay for the medication but it was not ready yet. When I asked how much longer it would take. He gave me nothing but sarcasm and smug looks. So I called him out as I was done with the atitude. Then the pharmacist came over and treatened to withhold the medication from my daughter as I was explaining why this situation had escalated. He repeatedly tried ordering me to have a seat. I'm a grown adult and a customer who does not take orders and instruction from condescending bullies! He stated I could go back to cvs and if I did not have a seat that he would not give me the antibiotics for my 6 year old who has strep. This place has lost my buissiness. I will go out of my way to not shop there! How dare you! For reference we spend about 600 a week on grocires there. That is we used to. You can thank that snotty condescending child at the pharmacy for losing our business. This took place on Monday between 5-630pm 5/22/23"

"S&S pharmacy used to have excellent service. That’s not the case anymore. The past two prescriptions I’ve place were not ready when S&S told me they would be. I came a day later than S&S said one of the prescriptions would be ready and it still wasn’t ready. I questioned the pharm tech and she said it was because of COVID vaccines. There wasn’t a single person waiting for the vaccination. COVID has been with us for almost two years. I’m tired of everyone blaming COVID-19 for poor service. If the pharmacist needs more time then simply state when they can accurately have the prescription ready and I’ll come then. Instead I have to waste time making multiple visits to the pharmacy or stand around waiting for 20 to 30 minutes. This is unacceptable. You need to do better!!!"
