"Wanted to do no stars. Absolutely terrible service. First, bought a battery and the employee refused to install it because it was "too cold", if that were the case then it should be stated on all of the marketing "weather permitting". Then I had to get a jump because my battery was dead, the employee was barely of any help with the jump pack as he forgot to even turn it on to begin with and wouldn't even tell me when it was okay to start my car. Tried that a few times and it didn't work, seemed like the pack wasn't even charged. He was barely even paying attention to what was going on with the jump pack. Was then told there wasn't anything they could do, and I was just going to have to call a tow truck. Returned the battery. There was absolutely no assistance, no offers from a manager. Nothing. I'm recovering from covid and I was left stranded. I had to call someone off site for a jump. Called the corporate line, they contacted the store while I was on the other end. The manager told the customer service rep they refused to do the battery due to rust which 1. Not one person said that to me. 2. This was a false statement. The manager didn't even come out once, they blatantly lied to the customer service rep. My husband used to work for this Advanced location, he told me to go there because he was sure they'd help no problem at all. When he found out the way it was handled and how I was treated, he was furious. We went to Autozone where they went above and beyond to assist. We will never give Advanced our business again."

"ADVANCED AUTO PARTS is only place I go for parts. Why? Because they have a good selection of parts in store and they can often have them available next day if not next morning. The service is a good balance between helpful and respectful. I've been to all the other stores in town and they just hire the wrong employees."
